Harbor Beach Bike & Pedestrian Path


The Harbor Beach Bike and Pedestrian Path connect the Marina District shoreline and North Park Campground on the north end of the city to a very popular desination in Harbor Beach, the Trescott Street Pier. THe path is paved, lit at night, handicapped accessible, approximately 1.5 miles long and provides a panoramic view of theharbor and the lighthouse for those who use it. There are benches and picnic tables strategically placed along the path. The local garden club plants several flower gardens along the way. A walker or biker will have access to the following; shoreline north of the marina, the marina, the breakwall that sets out in the water at the marina, Water Works Park, North Park Campground, Grice Museum, Detroit Edison fishing access, Memorial Park, the Visitor Center, Murphy Museum, the downtown Business District, Bathing Beach Park and Trescott Street Pier.
