Funeral Information

Services will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Bad Axe. Friends may call at the Kaufman Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1-8 p.m. or Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service time at 11 a.m.

Family of the Deceased

She is survived by two daughters, Catherine Todd of Bad Axe and Anna Rushing of Bad Axe. One sister, Mary Simmerlein of Ubly. Six grandchildren, David (Paula) Bulla of Belleville, Carie Bulla of Elkton, Christopher (Stacey) Bulla of Bad Axe, Michelle Landenberg of Harbor Beach, Michael (Jalisa) Todd of Minden City, and Matthew Todd of Bad Axe. And eighteen great-grandchildren.

Biography

Betty was born on July 28, 1946 in Detroit, daughter of the late Cleatus and Helen (Morrish) Howey. She enjoyed WWE wrestling, watching Law & Order on TV, and going to Frankenmuth or on vacations with her sister. She was an avid Elvis fan.
