Mass of Christian burial service for Carol A. Reilly, will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 at St. Michael Church in Port Austin, MI with Fr. Craig Carolan officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of service. Carol is survived by her children: Patrick Reilly and his wife, Joyce, of Kinde, MI; Mark Reilly of Elkton, MI; Colleen Toner and her husband, James, of Kinde, MI; and Matthew Reilly and his wife, Laura of Hillman, MI; her grandchildren: Kelly Reilly, Sarah Reilly, Megan Reilly and Daniel Toner; step-grandchildren: Pam, Raymond, Tami and Scott; and step great-grandchildren: Connor, Emma, Olivia, Jacob, Jordan and Emma. Carol is also survived by her brother: Charles Schultz and his wife, Bev, of Hubbard Lake, MI; her brother-in-law, Bernard Reilly (special friend, Leah) of Livonia, MI; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Munger of Clinton Township, MI; many nieces and nephews; and her favorite companion, Smokey the dog. She was preceded in death by her brother, Larry (Wanda) Schultz; brother-in-law, George Munger and sister-in-law, Doris Reilly.
Carol A. Reilly, 80, of Oliver Township, MI passed away peacefully on February 2, 2019 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe, MI. She was born on January 31, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Herbert and Anne (Atherton) Schultz. Carol married the love of her life, Dale Reilly, on September 9, 1961 in Detroit. He preceded her in death on September 10, 2008. She was a member of St. Michael/Annunciation of the Lord Parish in Port Austin, MI. Carol was a member of the Red Hat Society. In her spare time, she enjoyed bowling; was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to country music; especially George Strait.
