Funeral Services for David will be Friday, at 2 pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach with Chaplin Ron Compton of Heartland Hospice officiang. Burial will follow in the White Rock Cemetery. Visitation for David will be Thursday, from 1-8pm and on Friday beginning at 1pm until time of services at 2pm.
David is survived by his wife Eileen Spearman of Harbor Beach, son David Spearman II and his fiancé Kelly Smithers of Harbor Beach, 3 step children: Marino Pertot of Midland, Yana Vida of Colorado, and Carlo (Lisa) Pertot of Sterling Heights, granddaughter Cailin Spearman and two step grandchildren: Harrison Pertot and Jackson Pertot. He was preceded in death by his brother Dennis Spearman.
DAVID SPEARMAN, age 71 of Harbor Beach, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2013 at Covenant Medical Center of Saginaw. He was born on May 10, 1941 in Detroit to the late Fredrick & Anna Lucille (Shacklett) Spearman. He and Eileen King were united in marriage on October 18, 1985 in Bad Axe. He served in the US Navy. David was a storage salesman, working in the moving industry. David also was a writer, and wrote the published book: “Humpin’ for the Diamonds, A Moving Story”. He enjoyed reading and visiting the Library often.
