Survived by: 1 son-Dewayne Rifenbark of Bad Axe. 2 stepsons-Virgil (Diane) Rifenbark Jr. of Moore, OK. and Robert Rifenbark of El Paso, Tx. 4 stepdaughters Dessalee (Evan) Steinbis of Port Hope, Linda (Douglas) Gay of Bad Axe, Bonnie Juarez of El Paso. Tx, and Giselle Rifenbark and friend, Mike of Harbor Beach. 3 brothers John (Pat) Inda of Essexville, Donald (Carol) Inda of Port Austin, and Frank (Donna) Inda of Port Austin. 5 sisters; Dolores (Gordon) Umbreit of St. Clair Shores, Loreane Osentoski-Holz of Bad Axe, Mary (Lee) O'Dell of Detroit, Kathryn Harrison of California, and Donna (Albert) Delino of California. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by: 1 son Jamie Clark Rifenbark and 2 sisters Wanda Murawski and Joan Hunt.
Dorothy Mary Rifenbark, age 75, of Bad Axe, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2013 at Courtney Manor in Bad Axe. She was born on October 25, 1937 in Kinde, daughter of the late Stanley and Agnes (Rybak) Inda. She married Virgil Rifenbark Sr. on April 24, 1965 in Verona. He preceded her in death on December 11, 2003. Dorothy was retired from Hamill Manufacturing of Bad Axe. She enjoyed doing the yardwork, the Detroit Tigers, and a variety of sports.
