Funeral Information

Funeral Mass for Francia will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11am at the Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Rev. Ed Konieczka officiating. Visitation for Francia will be Monday from 1-5pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. A Vigil Service will take place on Monday at 4:30 pm in the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband Robert Dutcher of Pigeon, and sister Lida Shanks of Virginia Beach, VA.

Biography

FRANCIA G. DUTCHER, age 85 of Harbor Beach, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014 at Scheurer Hospital in Pigeon. Francia was born on July 12, 1928 in Santiago, Dominican Republic, to the late Emilio and Sarah (Hungria) Ginebra. She and Robert Dutcher were united in marriage on July 1, 1954 in the Dominican Republic. Francia taught Spanish to Harbor Beach Children for many years. She also enjoyed embroidery, teaching needlepoint, and painting.
