Funeral Information

Funeral Services will be Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Peace Lutheran Church, Pastor Richard Tino, of Sandusky officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Sandusky, Michigan Visitation will be Tuesday, April 22th from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday, April 23rd from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Hacker Funeral Parlors, Sandusky. And on Thursday, April 24st from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church. Memorials may be made to: Peace Lutheran Church, Sandusky or the Sandusky Public Library. Arrangements by the Hacker Funeral Parlors, Sandusky.

Family of the Deceased

He is survived by: His wife, Esther. Five children: Garland (Belva) Iseler, of hale; Wanda (George) Williams, of Jackson; Janet Tinglan, of Saginaw; Ron (Ann) Iseler, of Gaylord and Loren (Lou Ann) Iseler, of Peck. Twenty-seven grandchildren. Thirty-five great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by: One infant grandson. Three brothers and seven sisters.

Biography

Herb Iseler, age 96 of Peck, formerly of Filion Passed away,Sunday, April 20, 2014 at home. He was born on September 03, 1917 in Filion, Michigan and is the Son of the late: Karl and Emma (Engel) Iseler. He married Esther G. Schubring on April 19, 1941 in Port Hope, Michigan. Herb was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church, of Sandusky and a life long area farmer and beekeeper.
