Funeral mass for Ira will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 1 pm at the Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr. George Amos officiating. Burial will follow in the OLLH Church Cemetery. Visitation for Ira will be at the church, Saturday, beginning at 11 am until time of services at 1pm. IRA T. PALACH, age of Harbor Beach, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Lakeview Extended Care and Rehab Center of the Harbor Beach Community Hospital. He was born on October 11, 1926 in Parisville to the late Theodore and Rose (Nowiski) Palach. He and Elsie Lemanski were united in marriage on October 22, 1949 in Parisville. She preceded him in death on January 9, 2017. Ira was a former employee of Hercules Manufacturing. He was a member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church. Ira was a handyman, and Mr. Fix it for a lot of people. He sailed the great lakes, he did the maintenance for the Harbor House, and was foreman of Spinex in Bad Axe.
