Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 11 am in St. Anthony’s Church of Holy Name of Mary Parish in Helena with Fr. William Spencer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be in the Ramsey Funeral Home, Harbor Beach on Friday from 2pm to 9pm and on Saturday at the church form 10am to 11am. A Rosary by the Knights of Columbus will be Friday at 6pm and a Parish Vigil Service will be at 630pm, all at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered at www.RamseyFH.com.

Family of the Deceased

James is survived by his wife Linda Mausolf and their daughters Angeline Mausolf and Sara Mausolf all of Harbor Beach. Also surviving are his siblings: Rosalee Clor of St. Clair, Joseph Mausolf and his wife June of Filion, Katherine Tenbusch and her husband John of Minden City, Marilyn Klee and her husband Don of Bad Axe, John Mausolf and his wife Elizabeth of Harbor Beach, Margaret Callender and her husband Tom of Ruth and Jerry Mausolf and his wife Bonnie of St. Clair Shores. Also surviving is Jim’s brother - in- law Marvin Groth and his wife Rosemary, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. John and Jennie Learman, and their children Isaiah, Jeremiah and Mikah were also very special people in Jim’s life. Jim was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Ron Clor and his sister-in-law, Juli Mausolf.

Biography

Jim was born on March 30, 1951 in Harbor Beach. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1971 to 1973. James farmed all his life, milking cows and raising beef cattle. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony’s Church of Holy Name of Mary Parish in Helena, a member of the Helena Farm Bureau and the Ruth Council of the Knights of Columbus.
