She is survived by her husband, Chris; daughter Jamie (Roger) Taylor of Bad Axe; grandchildren: Jacob, Andrew and Mariah Taylor; great granddaughter, Koralyn Taylor; and sisters: Birdie (Richard) Heintz of Pigeon and Lavina (Don) Mussall of Monterey, Tennessee, and several nieces and nephews.
Joann J. Essenmacher, 60, of Bad Axe, passed away on May 19, 2016. She was born in Bad Axe to Albert and Ethel (Soper) Prill on March 7, 1956. She married Chris Essenmacher on October 29, 1999. Joann enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and spending time with her grandchildren.
