Funeral Information

Funeral Services for Margaret will be Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 11 am at Zion Lutheran Church, with Rev. Richard Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Falls Cemetery. Visitation for Margaret will be Monday, November 24, 2014 from 4-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Tuesday will be at the church beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11 am. Memories can be shared at www.RamseyFH.com

Family of the Deceased

She is survived her daughter Beatrice Parker of Harbor Beach, daughter-in-law Jean Kracker of Paw Paw, and Four Grandchildren: Carrie, Robert, Michael and Daniel, and seven great grandchildren: August, Kennedy, Maggie, Ethan, Charley, Kalten, and Kayden. Margaret was preceded in death by her son David Kracker, brothers: Fred, William, Carl, and Edward Landenberg, and sisters: Mathilda Premier, Anna Schroeder, and Beatrice Harder.

Biography

Margaret Kracker, age 91 of Harbor Beach,MI passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 at her home under hospice care. She was born on June 22, 1923 in Harbor Beach, MI, to the late Gustave and Mathilda (Arndt) Landenberg. Margaret and August Kracker were united in marriage on April 28, 1945 in Harbor Beach, MI. Together they were lifelong farmers in Rubicon Township, MI. August preceded her in death on January 17, 1997. Margaret worked for the Huron Laundry in Harbor Beach,MI and the Seat Belt Factory in Bad Axe, MI. Margaret was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Harbor Beach, MI. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, quilting, crocheting, bowling, baking, and especially loved spending time with her family.
