Marian is survived by her daughters Nancy (Eddie) Taylor of Bad Axe, Marie Sutherland and boyfriend Bob of Sandusky, Annette Sutherland and finance Tommy of Alexandria, Virginia and Margaret (Rodney) Crowder of Gainesville, Virginia; grandchildren Rachel (Aurelio) Delgado, Kristen Crowder, Monique Crowder, Nick Crowder and Noah Crowder; great grandchildren Aurelio Delgado, Diego Delgado, Ignacio Delgado and Lorenzo Delgado. Marian was preceded in death by two sisters Ruby and Wilma Blower and one brother Elmer Blower.

Biography

Marian Elizabeth Sutherland, 95, formally from Bad Axe passed away on October 30, 2014 at Sanilac Medical Care Facility in Sandusky, Michigan. Marian was born on September 9, 1919 to the late Louis and Clara (Fritz) Blower in Saginaw, Michigan. She was united in marriage to Arthur Sutherland on May 29, 1954 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Saginaw, Michigan. He preceded her in death on October 19, 1968. Marian was a Huron County and Sanilac County Foster Grandparent for twenty five years. She enjoyed being outside, enjoying nature, watching birds, going to church, nature shows on television and visiting with family and friends and loved her grandchildren. Marian was a blessing to her family and to all who knew her. She will live in the hearts of her family forever and will be missed dearly.
