Funeral Information

Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory of Bay City. A memorial service will take place on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 1 pm in the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. A gathering of friends will be at the funeral home on Friday, from 11:30 am until time of services at 1pm.

Mark is survived by his wife Monica Booms of Harbor Beach, and children: Gregory Booms and his wife Kayla of Harbor Beach, Jessica Lemanski and her husband Ron of Harbor Beach, Adam Booms and his wife Cheryl of Lima, OH, Laura Fletcher and her husband Travis of Gagetown, Carrie Mausolf and her husband Jason of Cass City, 4 grandchildren: Nicole and Jordyn Lemanski, Alexis Fletcher, Jaxon Mausolf and one future grandson in July. His mother Delphine Booms of Harbor Beach, siblings: Cathy Trudeau and her husband Emmett of Harbor Beach, Rod Booms and his wife Chanda of Harbor Beach, Lane booms and his wife Terri of Wayland, Garth Booms and his wife Carol of Rodgers, MN, Sandy Smithers and her husband Dana of Bad Axe, and mother-in-law Catherine Essenmacher. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Booms.

Biography

Mark K. Booms, age 60 of Harbor Beach, was a born again Christian who went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Friday, June 7, 2013 at his home. He was born on January 24, 1953 in Harbor Beach to Kenneth and Delphine (Klug) Booms. Mark worked as a machine operator at Leader Tool for 40 years. He and Monica Essenmacher were united in marriage on June 29, 1974 in Harbor Beach. Mark was a member of the Grace Bible Church
