Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the MacAlpine Funeral Home, Bad Axe, with Pastor Dale Bullock officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at MacAlpine Funeral Home in Bad Axe and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorials may be offered to McLaren Bay Special Care, Bay City. Condolences may be shared at

She is survived by two sons, Brian Bensinger of Ubly and Todd (Jill) Arnott of Caseville; one daughter, Debra Heilig of Owendale; two stepchildren, Ronald (Wendy) Arnott of Lansing and Randy (April) Arnott of Interlochen; one brother, Rick (Kathy) Beaver of Ubly a half- brother, Dean Beaver of Bedford, IN; four sisters, Kathy (Chris) Kowalski of Lewisburg, TN, Georgianna Beaver of Elkton, Norma Beaver of Lawton, MI and JoAnn Alexander of Cass City; a sister in-law, Janet Beaver of Penn; eleven grandchildren, Josh, Chris, Erin, Jacob, Kyle, Mandy, Shelby, Steven, Jeffrey, Nicholas and Dylan; several nieces and nephews. Martha was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Angel Bensinger; step-mother, Barbara Beaver and stepfather, Eugene Depcinski; two brothers, Tim and Bob Beaver; two nieces, Paula and Janet Bensinger.


Martha Sue (Beaver) (Bensinger) Arnott, age 65, resident of Owendale, formerly of Mattawan, Michigan passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the McLaren Bay Special Care Hospital, Bay City. She was born April 27, 1948 in Bad Axe to the late Norman Beaver and Dorothy (Pace) (Beaver) Depcinski. Martha was employed by Engineer Plastic Components in Mattawan for over 20 years. She enjoyed golfing, bowling and going to casinos.
