Funeral Information

Funeral Mas will be conducted on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Catholic Church of the Holy Name of Mary Parish in Helena with Fr. William Spencer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m., and at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A Knights of Columbus Rosary will be held Sunday at 7:00 p.m. and a parich vigil service will follow at 7:30 p.m. Both will be held at the funeral home.

Family of the Deceased

He is survived by his children Arlene LaBudie and her husband Charles of Centerline, David Peruski and his wife Lynn of Commerce Twp., and Marvin Peruski and his wife Alyee of Plano, TX. Eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters; Ruth Grifka and Agnes Ertman, both of Warren, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife Rose, six brothers and one sister.

Biography

Stanly Peruski of Harbor Beach passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the age of 93 in Autumnwood of Deckerville. Born on May 26, 1920, in Minden City, he was the son of the late Adam and Agnes (pawlowski) Peruski. On May 16, 1942, Stanley and Rose Lemanski were united in marriage in Parisville. She preceded him in death on April 21, 2008. Stanley was a retired employee of the ford motor company in Detroit, where he worked for over 31 years before his retirement in 1979. He was a member of the St. Anthony’s Church in Helena, the Knights of Columbus Ruth Council. He enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and carpentry projects.
