He is survived by his father, George Mohr; four siblings, George (Sharman) Mohr of Allegan, Gary (Becky) Mohr of Caro, Marion (Wallace) Hart of Williamston, and Carmen (Alan) Haag of Milford; eight nieces and nephews: Jason Mohr, Kari (Greg) Brabec, Shannon (Susan) Mohr, Erin (Chris) Emmons, Kelsi (Jason) Sawdy, Sean Hart, Kira Haag, and Taaven Haag; five great-nieces and great-nephews: Etienne and Julian Mohr, Sky and Will Brabec, and Taylor Ruth Sawdy; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth E. Mohr.

Biography

Tom was born in Pigeon on September 21, 1956 to George and Ruth (Weiss) Mohr, and graduated from Laker High School in 1974. He served in the U.S. Navy around the world on the USS Midway. After an honorable discharge in the state of Washington he moved to Colorado. Tom received an Associates degree in Solar Engineering Technology and went on to work on a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology before taking a position with Outotec North America as a Technical Specialist where he was still employed at the time of his death. Tom traveled all over the world with his position and was fond of telling of his travel and the personalities he met along the way. He collected souvenirs of his travels and loved to give gag gifts with sentimental meaning to family and friends.
