Funeral Information

Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory of Bay City. A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 1pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach, with Rev. Hays Wiltshire officiating. Interment will be at OLLH Church Cemetery. Friends may gather at the funeral home beginning at 11 am until time of services at 1pm. Bill is survived by his children: Ted Kowaleski and his wife Heather of Harbor Beach, Kurt Kowaleski and his wife Michelle of Rapid City, South Dakota, Sheila White and her husband Corey of Port Huron, 7 grandchildren: Madison, Reganne, Kenadie, Brianna (Trin), Ashlyn, Braylon, Bryson, two great grandchildren, Ali and TJ, and his siblings: Cass Kowaleski of Lapeer, Jerry Kowaleski of Port Hope, Richard Kowaleski of Port Hope, Patricia Hoody of Port Hope, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son David and brother Thomas.

Biography

WILLIAM P. KOWALESKI, age 71 of Port Hope, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Sanilac Medical Care Facility in Sandusky under hospice care. He was born on December 4, 1945 in troy to the late Casmier and Stella (Dunajski) Kowaleski. He worked in construction for most of his life. He enjoyed making sausage, his garden, and his grandchildren.
