Arbela Township 3 Vehicle Serious Crash Leaves Multiple People Injured

The Tuscola County Sheriff's Office is investigating a serious three-vehicle crash that left multiple people injured in Arbela Township.
Deputies were dispatched around 4:45 p.m. Sunday to the intersection of Bray and Willard roads. Investigators say a 17 year old Gladwin woman stopped at a stop sign but failed to yield before entering the intersection, where her SUV was struck by a vehicle driven by a 49 year old Vassar man. The impact then pushed the SUV into a third vehicle driven by a 49 year old Clio man.
All three drivers were injured. A juvenile passenger riding in the SUV suffered serious injuries and was transported to a hospital along with the other victims.
Following the investigation, deputies arrested the 17 year old driver on suspicion of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury. The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information may be released as it becomes available.
Millington Fire and Rescue, Millington Mobile Medical Response, and the Millington Police Department assisted at the scene.
