NO FLAMES WERE VISIBLE SHORTLY AFTER 9:00 THIS MORNING, BUT SMOKE WAS BILLOWING OUT OF THE HURON COUNTY VIEW BUILDING ON WESTLAND DRIVE IN BAD AXE.     BAD AXE FIRE FIGHTERS WERE ON THE SCENE BREAKING OUT WINDOWS AND RIPPING DOWN PIECES OF THE BUILDINGS OVERHANGING AWNING TO ALLOW THE SMOKE TO FLOW OUT.
