Jeffrey David Craig Rejected A Plea Agreement Thursday In Court

In court news, the plea bargain for Jeffrey David Craig has been rejected, setting the stage for a jury trial.

Craig declined an offer to dismiss one case in exchange for a guilty plea on another.

His defense is pushing for two separate trials, but prosecutors plan to file a motion to consolidate both cases.

A final pre-trial hearing is scheduled for April 2nd at 10am to sort out these details, with tentative jury trial dates set for May 5th at 9am and May 12th at 9am.
