Bench Warrant Ordered For Nicole Marie Crandall For Failure To Appear In Court Thursday

A bench warrant has been issued for Nicole Marie Crandall. Crandall failed to appear today for a critical show cause hearing, which was also her final pretrial and plea cutoff. Her attorney confirmed he could not reach her, and she was absent from the courtroom, Zoom, and even the building.

Prosecutor Alexander Pahany successfully requested a body bond, meaning Crandall will be arrested and taken into custody upon encounter. This move significantly escalates the case, as the opportunity for a plea deal has now passed.
