Jeffrey Nunnery's Case Adjourned In Order To Review Plea Deal Offer

Huron County Circuit Court- Judge Prill was all set to hear a pretrial hearing for the State of Michigan versus Jeffrey Shane Nunnery, which has been adjourned.

The defendant, represented by attorney Elizabeth Weisenbach was present. Prosecuting attorney Timothy J. Rakowski represented the People.

An offer was tendered to the defendant, and counsel requested time to discuss it with her client. The court adjourned the proceedings to April 26th at 10 a.m.
