Funeral services will be held Monday, September 23, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky, with Ron Kopacz officiating. Cremation will follow the service at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City. Memorials may be given to the donation of your choice. Visitation will be held on Monday 10am to 1pm at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky.

She is survived by; Gary Lawson (son) of Whitemore Lake, Daniel & Peggy Lawson (son) of Plymouth, Alan Lawson (son) of Westland, Donald & Lois Roberts (brother) of Mio, Allan & Sandy Roberts (brother) of Sebewaing, Richard & Kathy Roberts (brother) of Snover, Bruce & Barbara Roberts (brother) of Reese, Karen & Marvin Hollenbeck (sister) of Summerfield, FL, Glenda & Patrick White (sister) of Summerfield, FL, Roseann & Ron Kopacz (sister) of Sandusky, Jan Roberts (sister in law) of Pinconning, 13 Grandchildren, Several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Michael Lawson, brother Hazen Roberts, sister & brother in law Marilyn & Lee Eckenswiller.


Erma N. Lawson, age 80, of Palms, Michigan died peacefully Friday, September 20, 2013 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Mrs. Lawson has lived in Palms since 1994 and was previously from Dearborn Heights area. She was born January 28, 1933 in Snover, Michigan daughter to the late Glen and Ada (Robinson) Roberts. She graduated from Sandusky High School in 1951. She married Harold L. Lawson October 6, 1951 in Marlette. He preceded her in death on June 24, 2006. Erma work several years for the State of Michigan, retiring in 1996, She enjoyed bowling, watching the Detroit Tigers and most of all, spending time with family and friends.
