Funeral Information

Funeral Mass for Marian will be Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 11:30 am at the Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr. William Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony’s Church Cemetery. Visitation for Marian will be Monday, May 25, 2015 from 1-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Tuesday will be at the church beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11:30 am. A Parish Vigil Service will take place Monday at 7 pm at the funeral home. She is survived by her children: Genevieve Schroeder and her husband Robert of Caseville, Larry Mausolf and his wife Sharon of Harbor Beach, David Mausolf and his wife Marcia of Cypress, Texas, Marlene Klee and her husband Gordon of Harbor Beach and Lois Korbel and her husband David of Harbor Beach, daughter-in-law Audrey Mausolf of Harbor Beach, 18 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and sisters: Della Wolschleger of Bad Axe and Virginia Leisse of Harbor Beach. Marian was preceded in death by 3 children: Helen Mausolf, Gary Mausolf and Dale Mausolf, her brothers Clarence and Norman Nowiski and twin sister Margaret Groll.

Biography

MARIAN A. MAUSOLF, age 95 of Harbor Beach, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Lakeview Extended Care and Rehab Center of the Harbor Beach Community Hospital. She was born on February 28, 1920 in Harbor Beach to the late Joseph and Francis (Schmoreski) Nowiski. Marian and Harry Mausolf were united in marriage on September 22, 1938 in Harbor Beach. He preceded her in death on January 13, 1987. Marian was a member of the Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, cooking, canning, sewing and her raspberries.
