Three people were hospitalized with serious injuries following a two-vehicle crash in Tuscola County.
Michigan State Police say Caro Post troopers were called to M-138 and Vassar Road in Fairgrove Township around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night, September 10th.
According to the preliminary investigation, a Chevrolet Silverado driven north on Vassar Road by a 68 year old Saginaw man failed to stop at the posted stop sign and collided with a Chrysler 200 traveling east on M-138.
The impact sent the Silverado off the roadway, where it rolled into a ditch.
The Saginaw man was seriously injured and taken to an out-of-area hospital.
The Chrysler was driven by a 43 year old Fairgrove woman and also carried a 38 year old passenger. Both were transported to out-of-area hospitals with serious injuries.
Fairgrove firefighters and MMR assisted state police at the scene.
