Sanilac County Has a New Treasurer

Brandi Brown was selected as the next Sanilac County Treasurer by the appointment committee from a field of three candidates.

Brown will serve until Dec. 31, 2028 to complete an unexpired term.

She replaces former treasurer Trudy Bowers, who retired on Sept. 4 after serving the county for more than 14 years.

In her new role as treasurer, Brown will be responsible for managing county funds and investments.
