Kent Frederick Krueger Charged With Malicious Destruction Of Property

Kent Frederick Krueger has been arraigned in Huron County District Court on a malicious destruction of property charge.

Krueger appeared before District Court Judge Julienne Ferris, where bond was set at $6000/10% allowed.

Along with the court's standard bond requirements, Krueger was specifically ordered to stay off the alleged victim's property while the case remains pending.

Attorney Dallas Rooney was appointed to represent Krueger as the case proceeds through district court.

Krueger is scheduled to return for a probable cause conference on September 24th. A preliminary examination is currently set for October 2nd.

The charge remains an allegation, and Krueger is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
