Brian Charles Logsdon Charged With 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct

A Huron County man is facing multiple criminal charges following an appearance in Huron County District Court.
Brian Charles Logsdon appeared before Judge Ferris on four charges of 1st degree criminal sexual conduct. He is additionally charged with accosting children for immoral purposes.
Bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.
If released, Logsdon is prohibited from contacting the alleged victim or anyone under the age of 18. Other bond conditions include GPS tether monitoring and no assaultive or threatening behavior, along with the court's standard conditions.
Attorney Michelle Siev was appointed to represent Logsdon as the case moves forward.
A probable cause conference is scheduled for September 24th, with a preliminary examination set for October 2nd.
The charges are allegations, and Logsdon is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
