Caro Transit Authority Taking Over HDC Bus Service

The Human Development Corporation (HDC) issued a Tuscola County public transportation update.

As of 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 24 the HDC will conclude its operation of the Thumbody Express transportation service.

After the HDC closes out operating that bus service, the Caro Transit Authority (CTA) will manage and operate the local public transportation system.

On Sept. 25, the Caro Transit Authority will take over the operation of the transit buses.

Those who want to use the bus system will need to call 989-673-8488, which is the same phone number for the HDC bus system.
