Marathon Township Now Has Solar Ordinances in Place

While some townships are implementing moratoriums on solar development, the Marathon Township Board of Trustees are approving ordinances.

During the last township meeting, the board approved the changes that were made to the Solar Farm Ordinance, and then they adopted it.

The board also reviewed and approved the Battery Storage Ordinances.

With that done, the board approved setting aside $300 for the Fall Community event that will be on Oct 17 in the park.
