Fall Frenzy Delivered Strong Attendance in Bad Axe

The Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce's annual Fall Frenzy kicked off Saturday, September 19th, drawing a huge crowd and filling the streets with parked cars as families poured into the park for a full day of activities.
Children spent the afternoon enjoying bounce houses, face painting, axe throwing, the petting zoo, dunking local community members in the dunk tank, and free carnival rides - all of which stayed busy from morning until evening.
Live music ran throughout the day across two stages. The City Hall Stage opened at 10:30 a.m. with The Bill Dennrock Big Band, followed by Mike Lupinski & Bryan Jackson at 12:45 p.m., and Annabeth Taylor at 3 p.m. The Main Stage kept the momentum going with The Highway Drifters at 11:30 a.m., Darrin Hagel as "Elvis" at 1:45 p.m., Jill Jack at 3:45 p.m., the Bad Axe High School Band at 5:10 p.m., and Whiskey Six at 5:30 p.m., leading into the evening's headlining performance.
Crowds gathered across every corner of the festival grounds - from the dunk tank and car show to the food trucks, vendors, and activity tents - creating what appeared to be one of the strongest turnouts the event has seen.
The headlining concert began around 7:30 p.m., quickly filling the tents and the entire area leading up to the stage. The performance featured several well-known hits that had the crowd singing along and cheering throughout the night.
The festival closed with a large firework show over the park, wrapping up the event on a high note under clear, rain-free skies.
