Arnold Lee Stone Sentenced In Probation Violations Case

A Huron County man is heading to jail following a probation violation hearing today.
Arnold Lee Stone appeared before Judge Prill to address violations in two separate files.
As part of a stipulation, the court dismissed the most recent probation violation allegation, proceeding instead with sentencing on the original matter.
Stone, who has been on probation since June 2024, faced the hearing following violations involving controlled substances.
While the court unsuccessfully discharged Stone from probation, Judge Prill granted him work release, citing his consistent wage assignments for child support.
Stone was sentenced to 365 days in the county jail, to be served concurrently across both files, with credit for 232 days already served.
He is ordered to report to the Huron County Jail this Friday at 3 p.m. to begin his sentence.
