Conner William Daraban Charged With Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense

A Huron County man is facing misdemeanor charges following an arraignment in district court.
Conner William Daraban appeared before Judge Ferris on September 19th, 2026, to answer to charges of operating while intoxicated, first offense, and driving while license suspended, revoked, or denied.
During the proceedings, Daraban, a Sandusky high school graduate employed in construction, entered a plea of not guilty through his arraignment counsel, Dallas Rooney.
The court continued the existing $7,000 bond, which has been posted.
Judge Ferris ordered strict conditions, prohibiting Daraban from possessing or consuming alcohol or controlled substances . He is also barred from entering any establishment where alcohol is sold or served and must participate in random drug and alcohol testing through pretrial services.
Elizabeth Weisenbach has been appointed as counsel for the remainder of the case.
The prosecution is required to provide a plea offer by October 12th, 2026, with a plea cutoff hearing set for October 29th, 2026, at 9 a.m.
