No Information Given About Huron Commissioners Closed Sesson

During Tuesday's Huron County meeting, commissioners went into a closed session for about 30 minutes to confer with legal counsel.
The reason listed for the closed meeting was to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute regarding MCL 15.268(1)(h) to discuss a written privileged opinion from corporate counsel.
That was the only explanation given for such a meeting.
When commissioners came back into open session, it was stated the board would follow the advice of their attorney. It was not explained what the advice was.
According to the open meetings act, the provision that was cited for the closed meeting is: to consider the dismissal, suspension, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, or to consider a periodic personnel evaluation of, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent, and if the named individual requests a closed hearing.
