Stephen Jason Jones Arraigned For Felony

Stephen Jason Jones has been arraigned on a felony charge of possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, an offense carrying a maximum sentence of up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.

During the arraignment, Mr. Jones confirmed his understanding of the charge and potential penalties.

Attorney Elizabeth Weisenbach has been appointed to represent him for the remainder of the case.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for February 5th at 9 a.m., with a preliminary examination set for February 13th at 2 p.m..

Bond has been set at $3,500 with a 10 percent provision, including standard conditions.
