Ronald Goretski Faces Two Civil Infractions In Court Wednesday

Ronald B. Goretski appeared in Huron County court today, facing two civil infractions.

He is charged with having dismantled or unlicensed motor vehicles and other unkempt debris in his yard.

These offenses are punishable by fines and costs.

The court has adjourned the case for at least four weeks.

This period gives Mr. Goretski one month to clean his property and comply with county ordinances.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for February 26th at 9 a.m..
