Marlette School District Names Top Students

The Marlette School District announced its top students.

The Valedictorian is Shelby Parker. She is the daughter of Toby and Tami Parker.

The Salutatorian is Lauren Pasek. She is the daughter of Tom and Melanie Pasek.

Parker completed the Michigan Transfer Agreement requirements through her dual enrollment coursework at Mid Michigan College.

She plans to attend Saginaw Valley State University to major in nursing with the goal of becoming an emergency room nurse.

Pasek also completed the Michigan Transfer Agreement requirements through dual enrollment with Mid Michigan College.

She plans to attend Saginaw Valley State University to major in occupational therapy with the goal of specializing in pediatrics.
