Vassar Township Hires a Marijuana Coordinator

Although medical and recreational marijuana is legal, there are several state and local rules and regulations that govern those businesses.

Because of that, the Vassar Township Board of Trustees approved hiring Cody Legue as a Marijuana Coordinator.

Legue's starting pay will be $2,500 per month. His pay increases to $2,750 a month if he passes an evaluation by Supervisor Bruce Foether and if he meets all requirements.

After six months, Legue's pay will increase to $3,000 if he passes another evaluation and if he masters all of the necessary requirements.
