Ronald Dezenski Arraigned On Misdemeanor Charge In District Court

In Huron County District Court, Ronald Joseph Dezenski was arraigned today on a misdemeanor charge of failure to report an accident. The alleged offense occurred on or about May 23rd, 2026.

Dezenski faces up to 90 days in jail or a $100 fine if convicted. He entered a plea of not guilty. Attorney Dallas Rooney represented Dezenski for the arraignment, with Christopher Hunter appointed to represent him for the remainder of the case.

A $3,500 personal recognizance bond was set. The prosecutor must provide a plea offer by June 25th, 2026. An in-person plea cut-off hearing is scheduled for July 9th, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
