Mayfield Township to Conduct Annual Meeting

The Mayfield Township Board of Trustees will conduct an annual meeting at 5 p.m., on Monday, June 15th at the village hall.

This will be the third year the annual meeting has been conducted. In 2020, residents approved reinstating the annual meeting that had been suspended in the 1980s.

During an annual meeting, township residents have the opportunity to weigh in on two issues.

One issue is that residents can approve whether or not the board members can receive a raise, and the other is the number of trustees that serve on the board.

Currently, the board consists of five members.
