Carla Sue Peck Sentenced In Circuit Court

Today in Huron County Circuit Court, Judge Prill sentenced Carla Sue Peck. Ms. Peck, 68, had pleaded guilty on April 13th to operating while intoxicated, third offense, and lying to a police officer.

Her bodily alcohol content was 0.162, and she gave police her daughter's name.

She has a record of six prior misdemeanors.

The court imposed a three-year probation term. Conditions include no alcohol use, compliance with drug testing, 480 hours of community service, and electronic monitoring.

Ms. Pack will serve 180 days in county jail, with credit for two days served.

Financial obligations were imposed for fines, fees and costs.

An additional $100 fine was ordered for lying to a police officer.

All court cost obligations are due by August 10, 2026
