Jonathan Daniel Kraft Successfully Completes His Probation

In a HuronCounty Circuit Court hearing today, Jonathan Daniel Kraft's plea was withdrawn.

Defense attorney Shannon Smith presented the motion, clarifying it was to withdraw a plea, a condition set forth in the original agreement upon successful completion of probation.

Mr. Kraft was discharged from probation on March 12th of this year, having complied with all conditions.

A related Child Protective Services case has also concluded.

Prosecuting Attorney John D. Miller's office indicated no objection to the withdrawal. Judge Prill reviewed the matter, confirmed the defendant's successful completion of probation terms, and granted the motion. The plea is now withdrawn, and the case is closed.
