Qyayshaun Lyndell Hardwell Pleads Not Guilty By Insanity

Qyayshaun Lyndell Hardwell entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity to six charges, including disarming a peace officer and assaulting, resisting, or obstructing police.

The court accepted this plea and ordered the defendant to be remanded to the custody of the sheriff for a diagnostic examination at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry for up to 60 days.
