Mr Paseshnik Arraigned On Felony Charges Monday

A Huron County man is facing felony charges following an alleged domestic incident. Mr. Paseshnik appeared before Judge Ferris today, charged with extortion and domestic violence, third or subsequent offense. Prosecutors allege the defendant threatened to kill his wife and burn down their home.

Defense attorney Tammy Salens represented Paseshnik for the arraignment. The court appointed attorney Dallas Rooney to handle the remainder of the case.

Judge Ferris set bond at $10,000 cash or surety. Conditions of release include no contact with the victim and a prohibition against any assaultive or threatening behavior.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for August 13th, with a preliminary examination set for August 21st.
