Sanilac Commissioners to Meet Tuesday

The Sanilac County Board of Commissioners will meet at 1 p.m., on Tuesday (Aug, 4) in the boardroom at 60 West Sanilac, Sandusky.

According to the preliminary agenda, the meeting will start with a review of the 2025 audit of financial records, and commissioners are expected to approve the Professional Counseling Center Life Skills agreement for 2027.

The cost of that program is not to exceed $90,000, and its cost will be reimbursed 75 percent by the state's child care fund.

The board is also expected approve the sale of a vehicle from the motor pool. The money earned from the sale, will be put back into the motor vehicle fund.

When the board's regular meeting is over, commissioners will conduct a finance and administration committee meeting.
