Services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 11 am. at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Bad Axe. Officiating will be Rev. William Thorn pastor of the Bad Axe Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in Colfax Cemetery. Friends may call at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Bad Axe on Tuesday from 2-6 pm. or Wednesday from 10 am. until the service time at 11 am. Memorials may be offered to the Bad Axe Church of the Nazarene or Heartland Hospice.

Eric Deming of Orlando, FL. Katie Deming of Lake Orion. 3 great grandchildren-Hanna, Achley, and Emily Dennis-Bad Axe. Colin W. McIntyre, age 96, of Bad Axe, Passed away on Sunday,December 30, 2012. He was born on August 20, 1916 in Bad Axe, son of the late Colin and Cynthia (Clark) McIntyre. He married Emma Schelke in 1943 in Ubly. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2001 Colin was an active charter member of the Bad Axe Church of the Nazarene. He farmed for several years, worked for the City of Bad Axe, and was employed by the Huron Daily Tribune, Retiring in 1988. He served in the US Army in the 1852nd Unit, 8th Service Command.
