The funeral service for Sharon will be 1:00 pm Friday, July 24 at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly. Rev. Robert Srock will officiate. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery in Ubly. Visitation will be at the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00-9:00 pm and Friday from 11:00am until the service at 1:00 pm. Sharon is survived by one daughter, Kimberley Yarbrough of Ubly; one son, Kevin Koppman and his wife, Stephanie of Warren; 7 grandchildren, Laura (Steven) Franzel, Bryan Osantowski, Eric Koppman, Lisa (Allan) Hope, Sean Yarbrough, Erin (Patrick) Eurich, Allen Koppman; 7 great grandchildren, Trinity, Matthew, Austin, Aiden, Bentley, Charlie and Landen; two brothers, Ted Foskett and his wife, Betty of New Mexico, William Foskett and his wife, Debra of Sterling Heights; two sisters, Carol Willey and her husband, Jack and Sue Anderson and her husband, Ronald, all of Hazel Park; her beloved furry companion, Frankie.
Sharon Mae (Czewski) Foskett, 71 of Hazel Park and formerly of Ubly, passed away, Monday, July 20, 2015 at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. She was born on August 9, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Robert and Mildred (Raines) Foskett. Sharon was a 1961 graduate of Hazel Park High School. She enjoyed trucking throughout the country. She was a resident of American House in Hazel Park for ten years and enjoyed the many outings they took resident on. Sharon owned and operated Sharon’s Upholstery, working on various items, including antique cars. Sharon’s favorite saying was “when to came”. She enjoyed working on many crafts, including crocheting, painting, drawing and especially stained glass.
