Funeral Mass for Marie will be Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11:30 am at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr. William Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation for Marie will be on Sunday, from 2-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Monday will be at the church beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11:30 am. Memories can be shared at www.RamseyFH.com

She is survived by her children: Ronald Mausolf and his wife Kathleen of Port Hope, Linda Cook and her husband Dan of Harbor Beach, Bonnie Erdody and her husband Ronn of Bay City, Dan Mausolf and his wife Liana of Hawaii, Diane Manenti of Harbor Beach, Cindy Oparka and her husband Tom of Harbor Beach, and Jean Mausolf of Harbor Beach, 17 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and one sister: Agnes Kucharczyk of Harbor Beach. She was preceded in death by a son David Mausolf, and daughter Joan Mausolf, and her siblings: Genevieve Maurer, Margaret Braun, Roman Geiger, Andy Geiger and Alma Seltz.

Biography

MARIE C. MAUSOLF, age 86 of Harbor Beach, passed away Friday, October 16, 2015 at her home. She was born on November 8, 1928 in Ruth to the late Theodore and Petronella (Hessling) Geiger. Marie and Orville Mausolf were united in marriage on October 2, 1948. He preceded her in death on October 9, 2007. Marie was a member of Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, and the VFW Auxiliary of Harbor Beach. She worked at Klumps Restaurant, was a bus driver, cleaned houses, and was a volunteer on the Eastern Huron Ambulance Service. She enjoyed playing cards, and going gambling at the casino. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and especially loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
