Donald was preceded in death by: 1 Brother-Ed Sams. 5 Brothers-in-law-Eldon Hill, Bill Hoops, Bernie Radlick, Bill Reinke, Norm Kinney,. 1 Sister-in-law-Shirley Sams.
Donald C. Sams, age 85, of Shelby Township, formerly of Bad Axe, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Henry Ford Hospital in Clinton Township. Donald was born on November 15, 1930, in Bad Axe, son of the late Lawrence and Martha (Bredow) Sams. He graduated from Michigan State College in 1953 and then served in the U.S. Army.
