Services will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Bad Axe on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11 am. Rev. Kenneth Lueke will be officiating. Burial will be at 2 pm at Richland Lutheran Cemetery in Hemlock. Friends may call at the Kaufman Funeral Home on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 2 – 4 pm and 6 – 8 pm or Saturday at the church from 10 am until the time of service at 11 am. Frances is survived by: Her beloved husband – Thomas Neville of Bad Axe. 1 Son – Michael (Debra) Watters of Bellaire, MI. 4 Daughters – Patricia (Robert) Friot of Gwinn, MI., Sandra (John) Aaron of Saginaw, MI, Catherine (Fred) Bigler of Brant, MI, and Joann (George) Steinbis of Bad Axe, MI. 1 Sister – Geraldine Kruth of Hemlock, MI. Daughter-in-law – Karen Watters of Bellaire, MI. 13 Grandchildren. 28 Great- grandchildren. 10 Great – great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. Frances was preceded in death by: Brother – Loring Tilden Sister – Bonnie Wardin. Son – Timothy Watters. Great – grandson – Justin King – Taljonick.
Frances Leone Neville, age 90, of Verona Township, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Frances was born in Midland, MI on August 1, 1927, daughter of the late Bert and Anna (Rhode) Tilden. She married Thomas J. Neville on February 17, 1973. Frances worked as a supervisor at Michigan Bell in Saginaw and Consumers Power in Saginaw and then after moving to Bad Axe she worked as a Personnel Assistant for Huron Memorial Hospital. She was a long time member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Saginaw and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Bad Axe. She participated in many church activities. Frances loved to sew and embroider. She especially loved her husband, Tom.
